RECOVERY & AFTERCARE
WEEK 1–2
Post-op review appointments. Rest, keep area dry and wear your supportive bra at all times. Swelling and tenderness are normal.
WEEK 2–3
Return to desk-based and light sedentary work. Continue wearing supportive bra. Avoid lifting arms above shoulder height.
WEEK 4
Return to moderately physical work. Continue garment support. Avoid heavy lifting and strenuous upper body activity.
WEEK 6
Return to gym and all physical activity. Discontinue supporting garment. Breast shape continues to settle over the following months.
