Instructions can be sent directly to our practice manager by email or telephone. We accept instructions from solicitors, barristers, insurers, coroners and courts. Please include the claim number, nature of the instruction, any relevant medical records and your required timescale for the report.
Prof. Hindocha prepares expert witness reports, independent medical examinations, joint statements, supplementary reports and addenda across a range of surgical specialties including plastic surgery, hand surgery, reconstructive surgery and dermatology. His reports are prepared to CPR Part 35 standards for civil matters and to the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Rules for criminal matters.
Standard turnaround is 6 to 8 weeks from the date of examination or receipt of all relevant documentation. Expedited reports can be arranged in urgent circumstances — please discuss your timescale requirements at the time of instruction.
Yes. Prof. Hindocha is experienced in providing oral expert evidence in both civil and criminal courts and is fully familiar with the duties and obligations of an expert witness under Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. He is also available for round-table meetings and joint expert discussions.
