THE PROCESS
STEP 1
Prof. Hindocha receives written instructions from the instructing solicitor, reviews the nature of the injury and scope of the assessment, and confirms acceptance of the matter.
STEP 2
All relevant medical records, imaging, treatment history, and clinical documentation are reviewed to establish the full factual picture of the injury sustained.
STEP 3
Prof. Hindocha assesses the nature and extent of the injury, its mechanism and causation, and the impact on the claimant’s physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
STEP 4
A CPR Part 35–compliant expert report is produced detailing findings, causation opinion, and damages assessment. Court attendance and oral testimony are available if required.
