WHAT A RESULT LOOKS LIKE
A Motiva Preservé result is a modest to moderate increase in breast size with the breast’s own shape kept. The implant sits in front of the chest muscle, the tissue around it has been parted rather than cut, and the only scar is about 2.5 to 3 cm long, in the fold under each breast. The chest muscle is left as it was.

Both had the Preservé augmentation combined with an uplift, with a Motiva Ergonomix2 implant, and both have consented to publication.

Every patient shown has signed consent for her photographs or film to be published on this website. Nothing is posted on a verbal agreement.
Photographs are cropped to the treated area and the nipples are blurred, as on Prof. Hindocha’s Instagram. Shape, skin and scars are not retouched.
Every case is a patient Prof. Hindocha operated on himself. No stock images and no manufacturer’s models are presented as results.
Each case states the operation, the implant and the view. A lift is called a lift, and a case is only labelled Preservé when it is one.
