BUILD IT. OWN IT.
When training reaches its limit, pectoral implants go beyond it. Expert chest enhancement surgery to deliver the definition, volume, and musculature that genetics and hard work alone cannot always provide.
THE CHEST MOST MEN WANT
Pectoral implants are silicone prostheses placed beneath the pectoral muscle to enhance the size, shape, and definition of the male chest. They address what training cannot: the natural development ceiling that genetics imposes on most men, regardless of how consistently or intensely they train.
The procedure serves two distinct groups. The first are physically active men who have reached their training limit and want the chest definition they have worked towards but cannot achieve. The second are men with underdeveloped or absent pectoral muscles from birth — a condition known as Poland Syndrome — for whom implants provide a meaningful corrective result alongside the cosmetic improvement.
Implants are custom-selected to each patient’s chest width, rib shape, and body proportions. Professor Hindocha places them through a discreet incision in the armpit fold — leaving no visible scar on the chest — and positions them beneath the muscle for a natural feel and appearance.

The exact surgical approach — augmentation, reduction, lift or combination — is determined at consultation based on your individual anatomy and goals.
BOUNCING BACK
Week 1
Swelling, tightness, and limited arm movement is normal immediately post-surgery. Rest consistently and avoid raising your arms above shoulder height. Light daily activity can typically resume towards the end of this week.
Week 1–2
Most patients return to light work and desk-based activity. The chest may feel tight — this is normal as the muscle adapts to the implant. Avoid all chest loading, pushing, and upper body exertion.
Week 2–4
Swelling continues to reduce and tightness eases noticeably. The implants begin to soften and settle. Normal upper body movement returns progressively. Light lower body training may be cleared.
Week 4–6
Full upper body training and chest exercises can restart from 4–6 weeks with clearance from Professor Hindocha. The final chest shape continues to settle and refine over the following months.
THE END RESULT
Pectoral implants deliver a result that is structural, stable, and proportionate — a chest that looks earned, not artificial.
THE PECTORAL ADVANTAGE
Every man has a genetic ceiling on chest development. Pectoral implants go beyond it — providing the volume, projection, and symmetry that consistent training may never achieve, permanently and proportionately.
Implants are selected for each patient’s chest width, rib cage shape, and body proportions. The goal is a chest that looks like it belongs on your body — naturally proportionate, not borrowed from a catalogue.
The entire procedure is performed through a single incision hidden in the natural fold of the armpit. There is no visible scar on the chest at any stage — before, during, or after healing.
Pectoral implants sit beneath the muscle, giving a natural feel and appearance that moves authentically with the chest. Unlike fat-based augmentation, the result does not change with weight fluctuation and requires no repeat procedures.
A MEDICAL APPLICATION
Poland Syndrome is a congenital condition characterised by the underdevelopment or absence of one or both pectoral muscles — sometimes affecting other chest wall structures as well. It is present from birth and, while it does not typically affect physical function in most cases, it can cause significant asymmetry and self-consciousness in the men who live with it.
Pectoral implants provide a meaningful corrective solution for men with Poland Syndrome, restoring balance and symmetry to the chest and addressing a concern that no amount of training can resolve. Professor Hindocha has experience treating men with congenital chest conditions and approaches each case with the care and precision it demands.
“
I trained for years and never achieved the chest shape I wanted. The implants have given me exactly what training never could — and they look and feel completely natural.
“
I have Poland Syndrome and was always self-conscious about my chest asymmetry. The correction has made an extraordinary difference — I feel balanced and confident for the first time.
“
Far more straightforward than I expected, and the recovery was manageable. The result is exactly what I was working towards in the gym — just better.
THE SELECTION PROCESS
Three factors determine the final result. All three are assessed and agreed during your consultation before surgery is planned.
SIZING
Implant size is selected based on your chest width, rib cage structure, body height, and overall proportions. The goal is a result that looks naturally in scale — adding definition and volume without appearing disproportionate to the rest of your physique.
SHAPE & PROFILE
Pectoral implants are available in different shapes and projection profiles to achieve different aesthetic goals — whether a fuller upper chest, greater central definition, or an overall more muscular appearance. Professor Hindocha will advise on the profile that best serves your anatomy and desired result.
PLACEMENT
The implant is placed in a submuscular pocket — beneath the pectoral muscle rather than on top of it. This position gives the most natural look and feel, moves with the muscle during activity, and is accessed through the armpit incision with no scarring on the chest surface.
WHO GETS THE MOST FROM THIS?
Pectoral implants are suited to men who want greater chest definition and cannot achieve it through training alone, or who have a chest asymmetry or congenital condition. You may be a strong candidate if:

For active men, knowing when they can return to training is the number one post-op question. Here is a clear timeline — subject to clearance from Professor Hindocha at each stage.
