Pectoral implants are silicone prostheses placed beneath the pectoral muscle to increase the size, shape and definition of the male chest. They address what training cannot: the natural development ceiling that genetics imposes on most men, regardless of how consistently or intensely they train.
The procedure serves two distinct groups. The first are physically active men who have reached their training limit and want the chest definition they have worked towards but cannot achieve. The second are men with underdeveloped or absent pectoral muscles from birth (a condition known as Poland syndrome), for whom implants provide a meaningful corrective result alongside the cosmetic improvement.
Implants are custom-selected to each patient’s chest width, rib shape, and body proportions. Professor Hindocha places them through a discreet incision in the armpit fold, leaving no visible scar on the chest, and positions them beneath the muscle for a natural feel and appearance.
