STEP 1
The desired dimple location is marked on the cheek in advance, with your input and agreement. Local anaesthesia is administered to ensure the area is completely comfortable throughout the procedure.
STEP 2
A small incision is made inside the cheek — entirely within the mouth, leaving no external mark. A suture is passed through the inner cheek and attached to the underlying cheek muscle, forming the dimple at the agreed position.
STEP 3
